With the increasingly fierce brand competition, in order to meet our customers' needs, WholeMale provide customers with private brand customization services, an important step in building a distinguished brand of customers' own. This service could assist customers to enhance their brand recognition, uniqueness and complete the brand integrity, which make products on display in a sophisticated and professional way.

Therefore, we offer customization service for label, hangtag, packaging, shopping bags, shipping bags, products, barcode, etc.

Private customization products

If you have a favorite style that we don't have, or a style of your own design, just send us the pictures, then we could provide the customization service for you.

1. What products can I custom?

We currently offer customization services for clothing, swimwear, yoga sports wears, shoes, bags and hats.

Note: we do not accept custom orders for styles with famous brands logo, pattern or letter.

2. What’s the MOQ?

The MOQ for the customization is at least 100 pieces in a single color of each style, you can mix sizes.

The MOQ is not always same for each style, so please contact our customer service for more details.

3. Can I get a sample? Is the sample free?

We charge a sample fee of 50USD/piece, after we receive the picture and confirm the style’s detail with you, we will need about 5-7 working days to make a sample before producing in bulk.

We will send you the photo and video of the sample to have a check first, if you want to get the sample, you would only need to pay the shipping fee, or if you have any order on our website, we could ship out the sample with your order for you.

After we receive your custom order, we will refund the samples fee.

4. How can I order my custom products?

We will check with you to make sure the sample is correct, and then we can calculate an accurate quote for you.

A. After getting your consent, we will put a link of your style on our website and let you place the order. Don’t worry about other people ordering your private items, after you place the order, we will remove it from our website.

B. If you do not want your product appearing on our website, you can order other same price item, add the sizes and quantity you want.

C. After we receive your full payment for the custom products, we'll start scheduling production.

5. How long is the production period?

Once we receive your custom order, usually it will take 10-15 working days for the factory to mass produce your custom product.

Note: The production time will vary depending on the quantity and the style of the custom orders, the specific time is subject to the time that you confirm with our customer service before placing your order.

6. Can I cancel or change the design of my custom product?

We will make samples according to your requirements, modifications and adjustments can be made before starting mass production.

Once mass production begins, it will not be possible to modify the style again.

Due to the special nature of custom product, we are unable to cancel as well as refund after the factory starts production, therefore we advise our customers to check the sample carefully before production.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

7. If I am not satisfied with my custom product, can I return it?

Before production we will check with you carefully the product process, fabric and other requirements. We have a wealth of production experience, and all products will go through quality inspection one by one before shipping out, we are confident that we can produce satisfactory products for you.

Customized products are non-refundable if there is no quality problem, but if you are dissatisfied with any product, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will definitely provide you with a satisfactory solution.

Private label and hangtag service

When your order amount over 1000usd (not including shipping fee), we can offer the private label, and we will sew the label on the item for free on this order.

Please be noted: For some specific item, like shoes, bag, glasses, accessories, these items are hard to tag or label on.

For print label normally is 100usd/5000pcs，and for embroidery label is 150usd/5000pcs. Here are the images for reference.

Generally we recommend 2 sizes for label: 1.5*6cm+1cm (folded) / 2*6cm+1cm (folded)

For regular single tag (size: 5*9cm, thickness: 800g/m²) is 150usd/5000pc.

(PS: different kinds of tags would be quoted differently by factory, the specific quote is depend on your design and size, you could contact our customer service to quote first.)

4. How long it takes for making label or tag?

After we confirm the draft with you, the factory will need about 7-10 days to produce the labels and tags.

5. If the item tag or label our brand name, could I return if I am not satisfied with?

All the items will be quality checked before we ship out, once the item tag or label your own brand, we don’t accept the return or exchange without any quality issue.

Private packaging, shipping bags and shopping bags

We also offer private packaging, shipping bags and shopping bags customization. 

1. What’s the MOQ?

Generally the MOQ of private packaging customized is at least 10000pcs.

For the shipping and shopping bags, the MOQ is at least 1000pcs.

The MOQ is not always same for each style, so please contact our customer service for more details.

2. What’s the cost for packaging customized?

The price in different styles and logo is different. When you are interested in private bags customization, you could contact our customer service first, send the logo and styles you want.

3. How long it takes for making the bags?

After we confirm the draft with you, the factory will need about 10-15 days to produce bags.

4. Can you keep the rest of packages/shipping bags?

Generally we don’t charge the shipping fee for packages/shipping bags customization, we could keep them in our warehouse. 

If customers want us to ship them to you, we could ship as well, please be kindly noted that you need to pay for the shipping fee if shipping to you.

Private Barcode

You could send us your barcode information, then we could print and paste it on the plastic bags. When you receive the products, you could scan your barcode and stock to your warehouse directly.
